Professor McGonagall is a great choice. I thought about putting her on my list, but I already had two other HP characters, and I didn’t want it to turn into a “Top Ten Heroines from Harry Potter” list. 🙂

I mean, it’s a stretch to refer to her as a hero, but I’d have to include Ridley from Beautiful Creatures/Dangerous Creatures. I also love Juliet from the Shatter Me trilogy.

Ridley is great.. I love sassy characters. I think a list of my favorite heroines would be easy for me.. Now if we were doing heros.. I may have trouble.

I’m totally with your Harry Potter choices – I forgot about HP which is a mystery to me really! I never miss an opp to bang on about HP or LotR!

I also chose Cinder, Annabeth, Hermione and Celaena! They are such incredible women. But I love that you chose Katniss, Tris and McGonagall too.

Firstly, I love this idea – I need to do one of these haha
Secondly, Ms. Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children? I haven’t read that book in ages! Did you know Tim Burton’s directing the movie? (Perfection!)
Thirdly, as everyone else has already pointed out – Professor McGonagall (wow that’s hard to spell)!!!!
